• Math: we will have the Ch. 2 test on Tuesday (9/21).
• Spelling: lesson 5 test will be Thursday (9/23).
• Social Studies: continue to learn about Continents and Oceans. We will make our very own map on Thursday!
• English: we will continue to learn about nouns this week. 
• Religion: continue to learn about the different types of prayer.
• Reading: Read Roberto Clemente in our reading books and discuss.

Week 3

We will have our first math test on Wednesday (9/8). Students need to study their study guide that we completed in class. (check their purple folder) 

We will also have our first science test this Friday (9/10). Students need to study their study guide that we completed in class. Only the questions that have TQ (test question) by it will be on the test. (check their purple folder). We will also be doing a fun experiment with celery this Friday! 

We will have our Lesson 3 spelling test this Friday (9/10). Spelling words will be written in their planner but I will also post them below. 

Wednesday is Mary, the Mother of God's, birthday! We will have a small celebration in the classroom in honor of Her. Just a reminder to keep checking your child's purple folder. Have a great week!
